The Illinois APEX Accelerator at SIU is located just east of the intersection of US Route 51 and Pleasant Hill Road in Carbondale, Illinois. The main entrance is on Pleasant Hill Road, but there is also access via Innovation Drive from US Route 51.

From North: Take US Route 51 South, passing SIU Carbondale main campus, turn left on Pleasant Hill Rd. The entrance will be on the left-hand side.
From South: Take US Route 51 North, turning right on Pleasant Hill Rd. The entrance will be on the left-hand side.
From West: Carbondale can be reached by taking I-64 East to US Route 127 South. From there, make a left on US Route 13 East, which will bring you into Carbondale. Make a right on US Route 51 South, passing SIU Carbondale main campus. Take a left on Pleasant Hill Road, the main entrance will on the left-hand side.
From East: Carbondale can be reached by taking I-24 West until I-57 is reached. Take I-57 North. Get off at exit 54B, taking US Route 13 West into Carbondale. Make a left on US Route 51 South, passing SIU Carbondale main campus. Turn left on Pleasant Hill Road and the entrance will be on the left-hand side.
